Transparent Visitor Walkway
The client expected a visible walkway to display production processes. However, fully solid walls cause a cramped space, while all-glass partitions fail to satisfy fire separation regulations.

50mm magnesium oxide purification solid panels undertake primary fire separation function.
R50 arc aluminum trim installed at floor corners to avoid dust accumulation.
Medical neutral continuous sealant applied on all panel joints.
Upper Section (1100mm to ceiling)
Cleanroom aluminum frame tempered glass. Interlayer aluminum blinds optional for flexible privacy control.
Arc transition and sealing treatment between glass top edge and ceiling.
Continuous panoramic glass along visitor walkway to realize full visibility of the production line.
Ceiling System
Walkable continuous ceiling assembled with 50mm magnesium oxide purification panels.
Tongue-and-groove panels matched with hidden keel framework.
Arc transition design for all internal and external corners.
Construction Tip: Wall panels above glass windows shall be reserved about 5mm shorter than adjacent walls, to avoid glass breakage caused by pressure transfer.

Laboratory Area
Totally sealed enclosure by 50mm magnesium oxide purification panels, matte dust-free surface and seamless joints. Upper glass windows support office staff to observe internal experiments conveniently.
Office Area
Bottom magnesium oxide panels isolate workshop noise and dust; upper glass brings sufficient natural light, forming independent physical separation from the production area.
Production Workshop
Complete partition walls and walkable ceiling using 50mm magnesium oxide purification panels, building a Class A fireproof, dust-free and anti-static environment for fire equipment assembly.
Visitor Walkway
