This case study examines how Changsha Public Health Treatment Center utilized two types of magnesium oxide (MgO) sandwich panels—50mm(manual/assembled) boards and machine-made board—to create a clean, fire-rated, and efficient medical enclosure system. The manual boards were applied in high-demand zones (ORs, ICU), while machine-made boards covered general areas (wards, corridors), balancing quality, installation speed, and cost. The project passed inspection successfully.
